About
Hi my name is Lauryn. I have been behind the camera since I was old enough to press the trigger. I have been doing photography for 5+ years and opened my business this year. My passion is capturing people’s smiles and candid moments. I am professional and detail oriented. You get exactly what you want! I take my time and give you a beautiful product you’ll treasure for years!
It's my passion. I love capturing the smiles you don't get to see as they happen organically.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out with a quote. My quote is for time and difficulty not necessarily event based. If you have an hour with me and want to do headshots and family photos too, then thats great! I will let you know my availability, I will get the session details, send you a contract, take a small deposit and see you the day of the session :)
If it is for weddings, I will also meet you in advance to get to know you and your fiancé!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and have been behind a camera since I was 10 (thats 18 years of learning). I feel that if you are self taught, you are more easily able to learn what styles work for you and you can adapt more easily to different session needs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, for weddings my hourly rate is $200 and you receive 75 high resolution retouched images per hour. For standard sessions it is $175 for the hour. If you want half session it is $100 per hour. For babies my session times are 1.5 hour at $225 because more time is needed. You will always receive an online gallery and password procteion.
How did you get started in this business?
I became a mom and weas able to stay home and decided that I was going to make my business and passion legit. I wanted to follow my dreams and help someone see their dreams in color.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone and anyone from animals, to people and wildlife. I have photographed fashion goods and even scienery.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I LOVE family shoots. They always start out posed and end ip candid. The families become comfortable and I am able to get genuine smiles. I did three shoots in one day and it was so amazing to get to know these families and catch them interacting and being so happy. It makes me happy to give them images and momebnts of their happiness.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at the photographer's profile and their portfolio. Pricing does not indicate quality! I charge a fair price because I LOVE photography. I just want people to have amazing photos and feel like they got more than what they paid for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Get an idea of what you are looking for and leave details about session ideas. Even if you aren't 100% sure about what you want, just jot some things down so we know more details and decide if we think we will be a good fit. We will work with you to make sure you get what you are looking for and that you are happy :)
