What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customers via phone after receiving the inquiry.
find out the facts and send over an estimate
If the client agrees to the estimate, the invoice will follow.
Client is expected to pay a 50% deposit fully refundable up to 72hrs of their event. The balance is paid in full 72hrs prior to the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been In the catering and event planning business for over 20years. We have certified chefs on staff.

Yes, we have a standard price, however; we can work with the clients budget as well.
