What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained by Banquet executive chefs specializing on International gourmet cuisine. Worked more than 20 years in the Restaurant industry. Opened my own Restaurant in 2015.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The standard pricing is 14 for a basic service. We will include disposables, service for up to three hours with complimentary beverages.
How did you get started in this business?
Food is always been a pasion of mine, whe I see the ingredients I immediately imagine what can I create with it. I like innovation and challenge when making new dishes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Besides Mexican and Latin-Americans I have work for Italians, Russians, American, African-American, Indian and Jewish.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This Wedding was so awesome! She got food from start to finish.. there was no time during the whole event that was out of something. We started with about 6 passed appetizers for cocktail Hr. then for the reception there was 7 more apps served family style with 2 salads refilling them everytime one was emptied. Followed by two plated main courses one after the other, and to finish.. Coffee and tea service.
It was really nice beacuse all the food was from many styles of International cuisine to please everyone who came from overseas.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please have everything in writing and make sure it says so in your contracts. Read small prints :)
