Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us to get started! We would like to create a sample of your custom menu idea for you, and show you what that would look like with your budget in mind. We would then schedule a tasting for your menu items or similar items. At that point, if you find our food and services in line with your vision, we would move forward with a contact finalizing all your details!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I both have Culinary Degrees and 15 years experience each! We have experience working in hotel kitchens, banquet kitchens, and many other atomspheres.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a custom pricing list, our experience allows us to price and customize menu options within YOUR budget. We also have some prepriced and prefixed menus ready for quick or pop up events.

We both have been in the hospitality industry for our entire careers. We have a passion for the art of great dining and being able to provide an amazing experience for each and every guest.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We catered our own wedding. That's how much we enjoy the art and the experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
People really talk about the food. The kitchen is the gathering place at any home party. The kitchen table is where memories were made for most people. The food will most likely be the HIGHLIGHT of any event. Plus, it's hard to focus on feeding everyone, while you are hosting! So let us take care of what we LOVE, while you enjoy hosting everyone that you love!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Really ask, what you are getting for within your budget.
What does the process look like? What is included? What is the process? How involved do I need to be, or can I be?
For us, you can be as invovled as you like, or you can sit back and relax and let us handle everything from A to Z!
