What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My service is based on building a relation with all my clients. From a business prospective always. As time go by and we learn more about each other. My work creates friendships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years as a owner operator in the Tri state area NY, NJ and CT also PA. Several Corporations utilize my services, such as KPMG, Navigant consulting, Adare Pharmaceuticals Axens North America and more.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is calculated by the amount of miles / time it takes to complete a job. Tipically 1.5cents per mile for a sedan 2.50cents per mile for the SUV..prices are negoegciable when volume work is presented.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for a limousine company for one year in 1989.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly corporate travelers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently drove the widow of my client from 25+ years ago including her daughter and Grand daughter. Felt good.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A pro should know how to use a hagstrom road map and not rely only on GPS.
