About
I have been cooking in NYC for over 16 years now in some high end establishments like Morimoto and Danny Meyers Hudson Yards Catering to name a few. I have also opened 2 restaurants of my own in the past which was both open for 5 years each, and 2 more in the horizon.
Aside from the wide range of catering I've done in the past, I have done many many pop ups in various places along with some consulting, and pretty much anything food related.
My style of cooking is rooted back to my Vietnamese heritage with a focus on fresh ingredients. Im very much open to working with exotic meats and constantly strive to educate myself with not only new techniques, but more so exploring new spices and products from around the world.
Cooking is a necessity in my life and a tool to connect with other people on a much personal level.
I only hope to cook for you one day!

An email conversation typically with details of the event. I'm very much open to a phone call depending on the client's preference.
