What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask if they have any concerns, about alergies or what I put in the products I serve. When requested I use organic, vegan or gluten free. I try to accomodate the customer and will work to the best of my ability to make them happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught, but have experience working in a bakery, and in the food business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Some items are standard priced but most items that I make are custom so the pricing is adjusted to what is requested.
How did you get started in this business?
Home baked since I was a kid and loved giving out my baking goods and loved to see and hear what people said about my baking abilities. So, one day I made a bunch of baked goods for a friends party and one person asked where my friend got all the baked goods because she loved everything and wanted to place an order for an upcoming party she was having. The rest is history as they say!
