What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff that is hired has either prevoius expereince in the food and beverage field or is training by us. Staff go through hours of training both on and off the field to make sure they are equieped to handle specific situation with ease, proffesional and a smile.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a large and wide variety of customers. We have bother kosher and non kosher clients. We staff event halls of different sizes, events planners, off premise caterers, country clubs and of course private clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best was to book staff is to make sure to disclose all the information for the event. Things such as if the event is indoor or outdoor, type of event, food restrictions, style of service as well as the guest count. We would be able to help guide some staff memebers are required but know if we know all the details.
