Seeing the look on a clients face after completeting a style is amazing ! That wow factor once the job is finished makes me love what I do. It's that certainty that my client is satisfied. It lets me know they'll wear my creation with confidence.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to clients about past hair experiences. This lets me know what they've been through as far as their hair journey is concerned. A deep consult will let me know a new clients likes or dislikes . Knowing how a client feels about their hair and having open communication is a great start to a new client / stylist relationship.
