Our Mission at Saint Joseph Mission Church is simple: To share the Gospel of Jesus to ALL People. We are an open and affirming parish community of the Old Catholic Church inviting people of every age, race, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender expression, means, ability, and spiritual tradition to join together with us in the love of God and service to our neighbor. Saint Joseph Mission Church recognizes that God is everywhere and not just in a building or Cathedral; we will travel to you to share the Good News, to offer sacraments and blessing when and where you need us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a couple requests our services we invite you to Mass or can even have a FaceTime meeting. We thank you for your interest in Saint Joseph Mission Church. Planning your special day is such an important part of the process but I also know it can be a challenge But with that, I am also so very happy for both of you on this adventure.
We have officiated nearly 400 weddings and love helping couples. Know you are in our prayers and this will indeed be a blessed and sacred time for both of you! Please let us know if you need any help or more information, and feel free to text or call me at any time (201) 982-2208.
Catholic weddings are full of time-honored traditions, but they're more than just a few Bible verses and a priest officiating, they are about bringing love, faith, and hope to both of you and your friends and family. We would be honored to bless your special day!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Father Joe is a Priest in the Order of Franciscan Servants and a graduate of Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York with a Master of Divinity Degree in Ministry and Pastoral Care. I am currently working at Saint Joseph Mission Church, bringing the Gospel to those in the margins and to people in need wherever they may be. I am also in my 5th year of CPE (Chaplain Program) at the Jewish Theological Seminary in NYC. My prior assignment of four years was at Saint Miriam Friary in PA where I was ordained. I have also been a Chapel Minister at Saint James Chapel at Union Seminary and specialize in traditional and non-traditional Catholic, Christian and Interfaith ceremonies.

Traditional Wedding ($595)
(includes the traditional Catholic/Christian wedding ceremony, an initial meeting (phone/Face-time), and attendance at ceremony)
Traditional Wedding with Modern Marriage Pre-Cana (or) Rehearsal ($695)
(includes ‘Traditional’ above, plus Marriage Pre-Cana meeting) or attendance at Rehearsal
Custom Wedding ($795)
(includes a created personalized ceremony, additional options (Unity Candle, Wine Ceremony, Mother’s Kiss, etc.,), Sacred readings, communion if requested)
