What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to sit for a few minutes, get to know each other, and do a thorough consultation. Make sure what my new guest is looking for in an outcome will be:
*doable
*flattering
*maintence levels match need vs effort
My work is your look. I strive for honesty to ensure you always look and feel your best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have 22 years in the beauty industry. I take advantage of continuing education classes as often as I am able. I also have attended international hair shows.

i try to maintain constant price monitoring of area salons to be sure my prices stay fair but, competitive.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
2015 Premiere International Hair Show, I met Mr Robert Cromeans, Global Artistic Director for John Paul Mitchell Systems. A true thrill!
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Ask the hard questions. Don't be afraid to tell your potential new stylist what you are hoping to achieve with your hair. Don't rely solely on what they think you should do.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
What do I want? What am I willing to, or not to compromise on?
