What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We plan entire event before we arrive. That way when we do come and set up we need no instructions to bother our clients. They can enjoy the party and let us do all the hard work. No more telling everyone little details. We know what to do and we do it. We do it great!

Prices depends on how many people are at event. Under 100. Under 250 under 1000 and under 2500 people
How did you get started in this business?
I love audio and visual technology. This is my passion and I was asked to bring it to the public years before I finally did. Always had neighborhood at my house for outdoor movie or sporting events on some really large screens with a really good picture. The best!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Private parties in back yards to public events with 5000 people. We do it all. I prefer home movies. Kids love them and adults love the live sports or new season premiere on super large screens!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We do fundraising for everyone. We can plan an event to get money for a school or someone who needs help. That we would work hard and take money off so they raise enough
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you do your homework on them. You get what you pay for. If it's to good to be true it is. I have been called day of event that they just did not show up at all and you have 50 kids at your house. We stay in contact from weeks to days to day off then hourly on our arrival times.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long have they been in business and how long have they been doing this. Projector should be 5000 lumens and I seen guys show up with 200 lumens? Ask questions lots of them!
