im doing makeup and hair for the past 12 years, I was born in a beauty salon, my mom is the owner.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client contact me through email or DM, let me know what they want, date and where. If is possible is good to have a makeup trial before the event , specially for brides, we talk about budget and get an agreement.
