We are a personal chef style caterer and we prepare food that the client desires. We work from fresh food and everything is made to order. All types of cuisines and we work from family recipes when asked or we develop our own to meet dietary requirements.

I have used Charlie Wilfong and his team on several occasions - for parties on my roof garden with nearly 140 people and more intimate gatherings of 25-30 in my residence. I am always delighted by both the inventive nature, quality and presentation. Guest have also been equally impressed and have engaged his services for their own affairs - and repeatedly! There is no other caterer I would even consider engaging.

Great customer service from menu development to delivery of food. Charlie was great at helping to develop the menu based on the occasion and dietary restrictions of the guests. The food was outstanding!! Our server was fantastic as well. I look forward to using Cuisine East West and working with Charlie again. I recommend them without hesitation.
