ServSafe certified owner Kristine raised a daughter with Celiac and multiple food allergies from birth. She has over 15 years experience preparing allergy friendly foods for school aged children. In 2011 Kristine received the newpaper Carrier of the Year, Runner Up, for the Sate of Ohio. No stranger to success, she also won the High Point Competiton for cakes and cookies at age 14 in her local county fair.
