Me and my husband reached out for a personal chef and Alfonso was the greatest he was so professional courteous and such a fantastic person to have around in your kitchen and my God does he know food cuz everything was exquisite and we booked him for about four more events

AJs came through for us at the last minute when we didnt have anyone else to book no one else to ask everyone was booked up and AJs was right there with a solid schedule the food was phenomenal the atmosphere they provided was great and they services was top-notch if you ask me I most definitely book it again for my holiday parties and thinking about booking them for my sons birthday party in August you will not go wrong going with AJs I give him five stars
