What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to use a customer oriented approach to determine what the host is hoping to achieve. Are they looking for a stellar meal, lunch outing, how many guests do intend to have, what is their budget? These questions help lead to a better conversation on how we can offer the best experience to our clients and their event.

I have been working in the Restaurant field for over 20 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Though our Food truck has standard prices for our Street Menu, we do not have standard pricing for custom events. We prefer to speak with the host and create a budget friendly menu based on their desires.

One of our favorite events is Woofstock at the Chagrin Polo Fields. It is the largest fundraiser for a Pet Rescue, and the day is filled with wonderful people & pets!! We love feeding the crowd as they are helping the less fortunate animals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure you ask questions about everything that is included in your quote. Surprises happen, know exactly what will occur should you need to make changes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should know what their end goal is. What is the experience you are looking for? How many guests are you planning? What is your honest budget? These questions should start dialogue to get the Customer the best possible service.
