What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an in-depth phone consultation with them about their hair care goals, I provide knowledge on home hair care while styling, and provide follow ups to ensure that the client is happy with their services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been styling hair since a kid and professionally licensed as an advanced cosmetologist since 2013. I attended Paul Mitchell and Interstate Beauty school here in Ohio .
