What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to client about the process and covering all the basics. By talking and explaining how everything works, I'm trying to make sure client is comfortable with everything before we start working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What I have is my passion in doing what I love, with this said no adulation is needed. However I did work with one of the top Cleveland companies and got a lot of great experience.
