We are proud of our high ratings, Our food is mostly prepared from scratch, virtually everything we sell is made by hand, some of it grown on our onsite garden. I was trained as a Chef in Germany at a young age, hence I am able to offer my guests superior cuisine that is authentic in flavor with no use of artificial flavors or products. Our food style varies and because I have lived at various times in my life around the world in numerous Countries I am able to cook many styles of Cuisines. Those include German, French, Italian, Thai, Mexican, Indian and American.
I take great pleasure in knowing I have made other happy and will go out of my way in ensuring you are content with the outcome.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation and find out if said potencial customer has any dietary restrictions, budget before I give them a quote. I beleive it is very important to establish a good dialogue and understanding of the customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in Germany as a Chef and worked at very prestigious Hotels in both Europe and in the USA. I was classically trained and speak 3 languages.
