Our Catering & Events manager, Joy Weir, comes from a background of production management. She treats each and every event like you very own full-scale production. She works above and beyond to make hosting your event easy by keeping in contact throughout the entire process, creating personalized signage/menus, creating name cards and seating charts, and giving advice and suggestions to make your event a top-notch production.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers receive a personal message from our Event Manager to learn more about the event/party they are interested in hosting. Then, our Event Manager sends over a packet including all information on menu and bar packages. Once the packages are finalized, we hold 25% of the total bill as a deposit and reserve the space for the party. Should teh customer want to schedule a tasting, we work with them to schedule a day to try the dishes on their menu.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All large parties are required to choose from a family-style meal, passed appetizers, or a buffet style. The prices ranges from $35 per person to $65 per person.
Typically we institute a minimum per person pricing which varies depending on the day of the week/shift.
For parties over 40 guests, we require a full restaurant buy-out. Buy-out fees vary depending on the day of the week/shift.
