What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client is to first have a conversation with them over the phone to understand the desire they have for their hair. Secondly I would schedule a consultation so that we can meet and further discuss how I could be of assistance to their needs. And last but not least scheduling the appointment and executing the style the clients desires.
