How did you get started in this business?
I got started in my career when I knew that I was very creative styling hair, and good at. That's when I knew I wanted to be in the hair business full-time and overall I extremely love it
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all kinds of customers the ones that weren't confident about themselves, those that were overly confident with their selves, I work with celebrities and also I work with clients that wasn't sure about particular styles that made them look suitable
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was scheduled to do a wedding and was unsure if I wanted to take the job, because it was told to me you cannot satisfy the bride, and she was very very particular about her hair. I proceeded to execute it what she specifically ask for. After I was done she cried because she was so happy of how I completed exactly what she wanted, that right there means so much to me as a hairstylist.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to give a customer is to be prompt, attentive, professional, consistent. Listen to the client whether she's wrong or right!!! apologize even if you have done anything wrong, always greets a client with a smile, dress very professional, clean and keep a positive attitude always
