What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with our CES Event Decor Questionnaire. Then through detailed conversation about all your ideas and hopes for your upcoming event we will meet and talk and look at linens and inventory to decide if we are the right fit for you. We provide as much or as little assistance as you need. We customize your vision using your colors, personal style, budget, inspirational photos & venue’s architectural features...and with our creativity and diverse decor inventory the CES Planning & Design Team will help create your Unique Look.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 30 years of event experience to the table that includes being formally trained as a Cordon Bleu in Paris France, with a 15 year culinary career as well as being former Convention Manager, Senior Catering Manager and Special Event Catering Manager at Caesars Palace Las Vegas to present day as co-founder and event planner/designer of Carolina Event Services here in South Carolina. My partner in crime and husband, is a master craftsman and with years of designing and prop building in Las Vegas as well we offer a very well rounded wealth of knowledge.

What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Ask lots of questions... ask to see past works, look at reviews... and if you can try to get a visual of what you have be receiving for services of example, maybe a table decor mock up.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Budget....consider the number of guests invited and the venue size to accomodate your needs and wants for decor and invited guests.
