Chef Rico has been catering for over 6 years and just expanded his talents into his very own restaurant, Trapped Cuisines in Greenwood, SC where he serves the same food styles.
In 2017, Chef Rico was a featured chef at The Taste of Upstate in South Carolina and has catered for major businesses such as Coca-Cola, Piedmont Technical College, Esurance/AllState, Self Regional Hospital and The Enclave Aoartment Homes.
Chef Rico holds a Bachelor's of Science, Master's of Project Management and a Food Science Certification. His talents and expertises stand a great deal of experience from operating and managing various restaurants and businesses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once customer contacts Chef Rico, we will schedule a consultation for event details, taste testing and then we send out quotes. Once approved by client, an invoice for deposit will be sent alone with contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Restaurant Managment, Corporate Training, Serve Safe, Line Cook, Prep

Food has always been a passion. My family motivated me into this field of business and it has been the greatest experience.
