About
I started my journey at Paul Mitchell The School Dallas, and graduated as a phase 2 Salon Manager. I began working at Image Nation Salon and Med Spa as an Assistant to the owner, Melanie Tawater, the day after I graduated from school. It has always been my dream to become a stylist, and follow in the steps of my mom and grandma. I specialize in cut and color. I am also a Master Extension Artist, color correction specialist and a Certified Brazilian Blowout stylist. My mission as a professional is to make each and every client happy and satisfied.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a good consultation and being on the same page with the client. I always express my thoughts, concerns, and recommendations when asked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1500 hours of cosmetology school, and all required state exams. I attended Paul Mitchell the School of Dallas. I have taken several cut and color continued education classes. Brazilian Blowout Certified stylist, Babe Hair Master extension artist and I'm in the final step of completing my training for lash lifts and brow/lash tint certification.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All services are very reasonably priced.
I offer a free deep condition for every new client that receives a color or highlight service.
I also offer a loyalty card for my returning clients, and on your 5th visit, you will receive 15% off that service.
How did you get started in this business?
Following in my mom and grandma's footsteps, I have always dreamed of becoming a stylist. Being a single mother, I never had the chance to enroll in school full time and be able to keep the bills up. After years of debating and procrastinating, I was given the chance to fulfill my dreams and I jumped on the opportunity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I can honestly say, I have had very good luck with the clients that have sat in my chair. I am very open, and if I don't feel comfortable doing a certain cut or color, I am very upfront and have no problem asking a fellow stylist for help. Communication is key! As long as my clients are happy, I am happy as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Great communication with the stylist and knowledge of what service you are wanting. If you don't know exactly what you want, be upfront and honest. Be prepared for the service you are wanting. Take in consideration of the time it takes, the amount of product that has to be used and be patient with the stylist. Social media and google is GREAT for finding inspiration pictures. But, be aware that 99% of those photos have filters and are photoshopped. Trust your stylist, when asking for recommendations!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Can you afford the service and upkeep of the service you are wanting? The integrity of your hair is always my main concern, can you afford to use professional products that will keep your hair healthy?
