What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down with you and we will talk about if your looking for a outdoor theme or one of the backdrops that I have then we will go to the 3 packages that I have and we will talk about the CD option also.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mom of 4 so I always have my camera out talking picutres. I have taught myself everything I know when it comes to taking photos to editing them to have that wow expresion
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard on all my packages but if you choose more prints the print you choose will cost an extra $2-4 dollars more and the CD option will be $45 extra with a package. I do not do the CD by itself.
How did you get started in this business?
I decided one day to finally get the camera instead of using my phone everytime then from there I waited until I was able to get the money saved up and I slowly started to get the backdrops and lights. I worked with what I had until I was able to get everything I needed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with some wonderful custumers, I havent come across anyone who has not liked the photos that I have taken of them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Right now I am doing a Mommy and Me session that I am very proud of mostly because I want to be able to give parents what most cant get now days and that is the pictures of all the kids, grandkids, family pictures.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with your gut. Dont just choose someone because their prices are cheeper or more expensive do it because you like the work you see and the outcome of the quilty and time the photographer puts into getting the best shots.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask them why their prices are the way they have them. I have had a few people ask me why I choose to charge so moch for the session and I explain a breakdown of why I charge and they love to hear how it is broke down before they choose if they want to get their photos done.
