Alex Sierra is a family man and an active member and volunteer at Freedom Church—along with being a top-notch chef! In his career, Alex has been an Executive Chef and restaurant consultant. Alex is utilizing over 22 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry and pouring his knowledge and love into Rubby's BBQ & Catering. As a chef He specializes in Mexican, Italian, Cajun and French cuisine, If you've never tasted his BBQ, you are missing out. He's available for catering special events and cooking prepared family meals! When Alex is not working, you'll find him spending time with his family. His family verse is Joshua 24:15, "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord."
