What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Heavy Pressure we enjoy taking the Heavy Pressure of great tasting food off of our clients hands & into our pots! Our dishes are sure to satisfy and provide you with great flavor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Heavy Pressure owner & chef has been preparing delicious dishes for over 15 years. First trained by her mother & then she went on to complete culinary training in one of the best city's for culinary training, New Orleans. She finished top of her culinary class & has been busy making stomachs smile.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The price of plates range from $10- $45 a person. The client is always welcomed to provide a budget for the chef to accommodate your guest.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this business years ago and as my business evolves so does the marketing. I have always believed word of mouth is the best business. It's good people spreading the word about good people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporations, Girls Night Outs, Private Events, Dinners for 2, Birthdays, Graduation, etc....

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say make sure you ask as many questions as you need to make your event perfect.
Make sure you trust your chef and that the you understand everything that's in your contract.
