What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to know as little as possible about the person I'm reading and the situation they would like insight for. I tune in to their guidance team, offer information they would like the person to have, and go in the direction that best supports their overall experience. Then, once they are complete with their guidance we can go into questions and details.
