Some 30 years of experience as Photographer/Videographer for TV, Newspaper and Camera Store. I've also instructed thousands in how to gain control of their camera. I have a BA in Broadcast Journalism, plus hundreds of hours of instruction on how to help you to create what you want. Customer Service is more important to me than 'making the sale'. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always require a Consultation to be able to determine if the fit is exactly right. Asking questions on the phone as well as during the Consultation help us mutually to determine if I am the correct artist for the job, and if the job is right for me. I may not always get it right, but the Consult helps. If you want a 'Shoot & Burn' photographer, please skip me. I create art that will last one or maybe 2-3 lifetimes, and that you will always cherish and value.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in Broadcast Journalism, plus taking hundreds of hours in additional teaching & training as our industry as gone through many changes. I also have taught thousands in the past twenty years, to own their own cameras.
I've photographed governors, senators and presidents, as well as famous actors and musicians. But, mostly, your friends and neighbors who appreciate and value my work and experience.
