What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I asked them what type of event it is. How many guests they are expecting. What types of food and they would like. Will they need to include beverages. Will they need servers and how long do they expect the event to last. And then we discuss prices after I direct them to my page so they can select appetizers,e and dessert items.
They are able to make any changes to the gust list and food choices up to 24 hours prior to engaement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of cooking with 20 years as a professional chef.

$350 for Officaint services. (wedding only)
$400 for Officiant services (wedding and rehersial dinner)
Private chef (depends on the number of Guests, and if I am bringing the food, and dinner options)
Cartering services (depends on the number of Guests, and if I am bringing the food, and dinner optionns). Holiday premiums may apply for last minute reservations
How did you get started in this business?
The love of cooking. The creativity they can be inspired within a dish. My heart and soul is in cooking.
