What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Houston, as well as a Food Managers Certificate recognized by national, state and city Health services. Not to mention 13 years of working in best restaurants in Houston,Texas which has become a food Mecca of the South.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies by event and service, generally for events I charge 50 an hour for myself and 35 an hour for my sous chef, depending on party size might have additional help as well, Meal planning varies on Menus as well as Cooking Classes.
How did you get started in this business?
Every week my family/ exstended family would get together and have a Sunday dinner at my Grandmothers house here in Houston when I was young and I would love to help my Mother and Grandmother cook and when I grew up I found out I had a passion for cooking and pursued a career in Culinary Arts and here I am today.
