What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first start with a hug first lol it's a meet and greet. Next client consultation to get to know the client and their hair a little bit better. I like to understand their needs their wants and also suggest what's healthy and might work best for their hair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist I have completed 1500 hours in Houston Texas I have 10 years of experience

How did you get started in this business?
It's been a passion of mine since I was a little girl I've always enjoyed hair nails and makeup everything Beauty I love meeting people and making people feel amazing so I decided to jump back into school for my dream
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with kids, Mother's, dad's, models, your everyday school girl. I am great with all hair textures and types and work well with anyone
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Right before graduating cosmetology school I hosted and styled a model in our cosmetology luau hair show it was an amazing show we got a lot of recognization it was fun lots of moving fast I enjoyed being in that atmosphere and putting on a show like this for others to see our artwork
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always tell a customer to find a stylist that is like her she don't want to sit in a chair with someone that she can't relate to can't enjoy even on a bad day she wants to be with someone that's going to understand her and understand her needs so always look for someone that you can think about building a long-term relationship with
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Any question no question is a bad question when it comes to your hair skin nails your body your health no question is a silly question so I'll questions should be asked
