Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them, show them where the restroom and snack bar is, and then we do a consultation and we discuss their goals and whats possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, and Certified Makeup Artist. With many years of experience on location and in salons.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have set prices but we offer specials and deals all the time. Always ask about specials or packages.
How did you get started in this business?
Even when we tried to walk away from the industry we would always get some many request for services. So we knew we had a niche and a calling to make women look and feel beautiful.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Moms, brides, corporate women, entertainment, entrepreneurs, and everyday women.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One on my current regular clients were a victim of Hurricane Harvey so we gave her a care basket and a free set of eyelashes. We know she was down and she loves her eyelashes so it was the least we could do!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do you comparisons to other artist but take note of who is more accommodating and as well as professsional. How long does it take them to respond to your questions/emails. Its a very competitive industry but every one doesnt have the professionalism that matches the work ethic. Check reviews but understand reviews might not always be available because they are in the building stage on new to the site that you are viewing them on.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think you should try keep a open mind and be honest about your needs.
