About
With over 700 completed videos and top reviews, you're hiring a professional. I approach each video differently, listening to the client's needs to create a unique vision.
Working with video, shooting and editing is what I went to school for, to be a filmmaker. Being able to put on video what someone envisions and in turn making them happy is a good feeling.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call them to understand the parameters of what they are looking for in their video. Set a date to shoot and collaborate on something great.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Fine Arts from Columbia College Chicago. Written and directed numerous features and shorts, weddings and over 600 small business commercials.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
A 60 to 90 second commercial with up to 3 hours of shooting on site goes for $350. Longer shoots and extra videos can be had at reasonable rates.
How did you get started in this business?
Creating videos since the age of 12. Started my college career going into music, but after seeing Pulp Fiction, I thought that filmmaking is what I really wanted to do. Spent a few years in Los Angeles doing crew work and writing scipts and have just stuck with it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all kinds, from tiny one man businesses to corporate headquarters. From controlling and micro managing to let it flow, every customer is different and I treat them all with respect and open ears and eyes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at their work to see if it fits with what you are looking for or see that your vision matches with theirs. You will be glad you chose a professional because it is true that you get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Maybe look at some videos that you like and see if the videographer has similar videos or ask if they might be able to achieve something similar. Do you want a clean look with the camera on a tripod, or more movement with a gimbal? Do you have a simple look you want to get or do you want something epic? Are you wanting Hollywood or something easy and flowing done in your proverbial backyard?
