Whether it be large format catering or an intimate private chef driven dinner at your own home, Trosko Culinary can deliver the highest quality experience for you and your guests. With experience in catering to all sorts of dietary restrictions, Chef Dave Trosko will work with you on designing the perfect menu for whatever the occasion might be. We are partnered with several local farms which allows us to deliver the truest in farm to table cuisine whenever seasonally available.
