What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to determine their specific needs;
Depending upon the size of the event, we try to offer discounts for volume;
We work to either provide the delivery and set up if within 15 miles of the store - or have the product flash frozen if the customer wants to pick up.
