We are a truck of creative minds and unique cooking. We are able to re-imagine all of our and your favorite meals into delightful modern dishes. We have a strong German and Asian background but we can do anything. We have won several awards with our food including the Twisted Tea Taco Throwdown 2018 with our Drunkin Shrimp Tacos. We have been featured twice on cooking segments for local news stations. With that said do you want to introduce your favorites to your friends we are the perfect truck to help. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to speak in person or over the phone. I want the customer to see and feel that I am excited for thier upcoming event. I like to work through email as it is best for communicating what is needed for the event. List, menus and invoices can be sent via email and be approved.
