What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to touch base with them on whatever platform of contact they have had with me. And then I have a brief consultation with them to create the vision that they have. If it's a bride then we get to scheduling the trial run... If it's print work and or other services, I just gather all the details should be the artist for your big important event!!
