We are excited for your event. BGB Catering and Beyond Glaze Bakery would love to work with you on this event. We have attached our Menu list and can customize any of them, or even create your dream menu.

Food Network star and Owner of Beyond Glaze Bakery, Chef Nettie Frank oversees every order. She designs our menus and works closely with each client. She believes in creating a relationship with each customer, to ensure your event is everything you want it to be. Chef Nettie knows the importance of executing a delicious, beautiful presentation of the culinary arts. Combined with our excellent customer service and attention to detail, you have us on your side. Making your event everything you’ve dreamt of, is our goal.

Our chefs make everything from scratch, using fresh ingredients from local suppliers. Our flavors and presentation will satisfy all guests, and leave them wanting more. Deconstructed cream puffs, orange glazed salmon, naughty bars, slow roasted tri-tip beef and fruit volcanos is only the beginning of what we offer! We accommodate to all food allergies and diet restrictions. All paper products and drinks are included with every menu. We offer other options such as: servers, bar tenders, decorations and custom items you may need. From Wedding Cakes, Doughnut Wall to Hot Chocolate Buffet and so much more!

    Our mission here at Beyond Glaze Bakery is to create a completely custom & personalized experience for each customer. We are able to work with you on menu items, add ons such as: ice cream buffet, drink bar, doughnut wall, etc. The options are endless! We would love to make your dream event, a reality!

    Chef Nettie Frank, our owner & event manager, persued professional training from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, in 2002.

    2003- She moved back home to Utah, to work at the state’s top restaurants and hotels. Nettie worked alongside Utah’s Best Chef, Dave Jones, at the Log Haven restaurant. She worked the line and perfected the art of fine dining to become their pastry chef. With her help, award winning Log Haven’s prestige grew by earning The Golden Spoon award.

    2006- Nettie started Silver Whisk Catering. Her business catered to diverse events: weddings, including wedding cakes; corporate events; cooking classes; private chef work; and more.

    2008- Her business adventure continued to grow. She ventured out with her dad and started Beyond Glaze Doughnuts, a successful gourmet doughnut shop with a “No Sprinkles Allowed,” motto. Her doughnuts, with their fresh ingredients and toppings, won the title, “Best in Utah Doughnuts.”

    2015- Nettie caught the nation’s attention with her performance in Food Network’s first season of the TV series, Cake Wars. She battled her way around the kitchen earning the respect of top chefs and the nation’s viewers, but her TV presence did not end there. Nettie continues to make appearances on local TV.
