What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone call or detailed email with specifics questions is the first step. We need to determine your specific needs in order to create your ideal experience. From there we will write a menu proposal and work with you on adjusting to your liking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Chefs and managers have over 50 years combined diverse restaurant and catering experience. Meditrina has been a community staple since 2008. Chef Jen personally handles all of the menu creation and event coordination.
