What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Chad graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, in Austin Texas in 2005. He's been working in the industry for over 20 years. He specializes in French, Italian and Southern cuisine.
Kimber, after 17 years away from school, graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in food science in 2018. She has worked in the restaurant business for nearly 20 years. Kimber specializes in catering buffet, customer service, in front of the house operations.
