Phone or in person consultation ..gather all info needed so that everything goes smoothly..
Half deposit is required to confirm and remaining balance due upon arrival...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of cooking experience on all levels...from Mom and Pop to Corporate Restaurants.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Romantic dinners starts at $225 for a 3 course and $25 per added course up to 6 courses.
Includes food and cooking/prep. Does not include travel. That is usually worked out between the client and myself.
Any other catering events prices varying depending on amount of people...food...etc..
How did you get started in this business?
After my mom passed I told myself to keep pushing and do what I love. It's God's calling for me. Before she passed she told me she can see me with my own restaurant or even cooking show so that's what I'm aiming for...just to feed people I'm blessed

Communication is key. To get the best results communication between the client and customers is key. Be transparent in what you need and looking for.
