Schedule a consultation, to determine their desired hair results. Then talk about the reality of achieving these results. Including the process or multiple processes. Then schedule the appointment to have the service or services done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are both comfortable with each other. And make sure there is a clear line of communication, possibly to include pictures. With the understanding that the model is not you and your hair my be very different from theirs. So the desired result my never be achieved even with a great hairdresser.
