I have been cooking for over 25 years and it is my passion. I cook a variety of foods that are multicultural from Italian, American and Caribbean. My goal is for each client to enjoy the meals I prepared and are very pleased. I am certified in Food Management and follow all CDC guidelines as well as the FDA to make sure all preparations and serving of my dishes are safe.

Cooking is one of my passions. I love to see the smiles on customer faces after enjoying their meals. If a customer is happy I am happy. Also, what I enjoy most is that the customers are treated with upmost respect and become long term customers.
