My brother and i were brought up togeter in a culinary family. We came from mexico 20 years ago ,and have worked in many restaurants , including chefs on alaska boats we have worked in a cold storage for the last 17 years on seattle port and have experienced a lot of hardships. All out lives been surrended by people tha have encouraged us to star a culinary business. And since then we took the decision to star a new adventure. With that we offer our family recipes and authentic cultural experience. Our odjective is to bring to the table our family traditions and another side of mexican cuisine that is hardly to light.
