What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Initial Consultation, this is where we will set up a phone call meeting typically lasting 20 minutes, to determine what kind of coordinator best fits your needs
Step 2: Galaxy Events will provide you with a list of vendors from our database to look through
Step 3: We will book your preferred vendors at the lowest possible rate-guaranteed
Step 4: We will collaborate again on details and concepts
Step 5: Your personal coordinator will contact you directly to move forward with the planning process
