Im Dan the Kitchen manager and i have tons of experience over the last 20 years and am very confident that i can exceed your expectations. I also worked for Mitzels American kitchen for 24 years which we catered on a daily basis. There is a great feeling when we can make a special occasion , a great memory.
I enjoy the fact i can be part of someones memory to remember. I do enjoy making people happy and love a challenge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a sit down meeting with them and understand 100% what they want. Then i like to repeat to them what is needed. So we are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Mitzels American Kitchen in Kent,wa for 20+ years being the boss and loved it. Every day we had catering parties. Whether its a drop off or a working staff on a event, we did what wad needed. Parties from 20 to 500pple. I planned and executed a big event for the mayor with plates costing 200$ per guest. Ive cooked for the kids at the Ronald Macdonald hospital on many occasions and loved the ch as challenge.
