Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
THey contact us via phone, email, social media or they come in to our studio for a free pre-session consultation. We then work closely with them to create the images, normally show them previews a few days later at the studio or online. Then proceed to touch-up the images they are ordering from. Plus we maintain a permanent imge file.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the US Navy photo school, Layton School of Art (MIAD), and have spent most of my life being menotred by master photographers and studying with them. I am a Master Photograpehr, Photographic Craftsman and Google Trusted Photographer. My wife is a Master of Electronic Imaging, Photographic Craftsman and 2007 International Electronic Imager of the Year. She does the bulk of our artwork and is often the first person you'll meet in our business.

We have printed price lists for each business catagory we work in. Family Portraits, Children's Portraits, Pet Portraits, Old Photo Copy and Restoration, Headshots, Commercial Product Photography, Event Photography and Business and Community Digital Development.

Medium and small corporations, families, schools and churches.

Food and architectural photography for the Capri Steak House and Bar, which has resulted in their growth.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please clearly define what you want us to accomplish together up front and don't keep changing your goal every day.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clearly define what you want and set aside enough budget for the pro to fully do their job for you.
